About Local HVAC Dispatch
Local HVAC Dispatch is a free referral service, not an HVAC contractor. We connect homeowners with independent local HVAC contractors that serve their ZIP code. Local HVAC Dispatch does not warrant or guarantee any work performed. All estimates, quotes, pricing, and project scopes are provided solely by the independent contractor. It is the homeowner's responsibility to verify that each contractor possesses the necessary license and insurance required for the work being performed. All persons depicted in photos or videos are actors or models, not contractors listed on this site.
Why a referral service?
Choosing an HVAC contractor is a high-stakes decision most people make once or twice in a lifetime — and the quality gap between contractors is enormous. We exist to shorten that search to one call: you tell us what you need and your ZIP, and we route you to an independent local contractor that serves your area.
How we work
- 1
You call or send a request with your ZIP and what you need — replacement, repair or new installation.
- 2
We pass your request to an independent HVAC contractor that serves your ZIP.
- 3
The contractor contacts you, measures your home, and gives you an itemized estimate.
- 4
You hire them — or don't. There's no obligation and no fee from us either way.
What we promise — and what we don't
- We promise to route your call or request to an independent contractor that serves your ZIP code.
- We don't perform HVAC work, set prices, guarantee timelines or workmanship, or verify contractor licenses — the independent contractor you hire does that, and all quotes, estimates, and project scopes are provided solely by them.
