Terms of Service

Local HVAC Dispatch is a free referral service, not an HVAC contractor. We connect homeowners with independent local HVAC contractors that serve their ZIP code. Local HVAC Dispatch does not warrant or guarantee any work performed. All estimates, quotes, pricing, and project scopes are provided solely by the independent contractor. It is the homeowner's responsibility to verify that each contractor possesses the necessary license and insurance required for the work being performed. All persons depicted in photos or videos are actors or models, not contractors listed on this site.

The service

Local HVAC Dispatch provides introductions to independent HVAC service contractors. We do not perform HVAC work, inspect properties, set prices, warrant or guarantee any work performed, or verify contractor licenses. Any agreement for work is solely between you and the company you hire.

Your responsibilities

Provide accurate contact information and property details. Confirm the scope, price, licensing and insurance of any company before authorizing work. In an emergency, call emergency services first.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Local HVAC Dispatch is not liable for the acts, omissions, workmanship, pricing or scheduling of independent companies, nor for any damage arising from your use of the referral service.
